Baby eczema or...?

Hi there! Does this look like eczema? This first photo is her skin on the daily and the bottom is her skin after a bath.

Yes it is eczema. My daughter had it really bad from about 2 months old to 10 months. I used the Aveeno Eczema line. The night cream is amazing and I also used the body wash and the packets you add to the bath about 2x a week. I also used Dr. Jack Newman’s nipple cream when her eczema wound be really bad ans it was a miracle worker. You need a prescription for it though. Just keep her moisturized as much as you can. My daughter grew out of it, hope your little one does too.

Use baby Aveeno night time eczema cream. You can buy it at Walmart or giant eagle for around 8 dollars. It’s 100% worth it. I use it on my girl every single night and it has changed her skin. I also use hello hello soap(plant based) and unscented lotion on her. I use all free and clear laundry detergent.

That’s what my girls eczema looked like .. I would suggest changing her body wash

Definitely eczema. 
If it seems inflamed by water make sure water is warm not hot and bath should be short and sweet. Spend as little time as needed. 
Lotion baby up right after bath. And several times a day.
