WHAT SHOULD I MAKE OF THIS???

I had a miscarriage that started in the 10th but my HCG didn’t start going down until around the 17th which is when I passed all my clots and had my heavy bleeding. My HCG was going down very rapidly. I stopped bleeding around the 23rd. I took a strip preg test and the line was barely visible, non-ttc people wouldnt notice it. I got my (hopefully) final blood work done today.

I can normally tell when I’m ovulating. I felt like I am ovulating today so I took the test, first in the package, and it was immediately peak fertility.

Could this be from HCG or am I actually going to ovulate? I’m seeing my OB next week.
