Postpartum workout
I am 3 weeks postpartum with my perfect baby boy and was just curious when it’s safe to start slowly working out again? For me it’s a big part of my mental health and have really struggled not to enjoy my workout sess. lately even though I love my cuddle time with baby boy! But I was just wondering what others have done still have 3 weeks till my appointment with my midwife. Also I had a routine vaginal birth with very superficial nature tearing and feeling awesome barley bleeding at this point!
