9 weeks - where have my symptoms gone?

I am exactly 9 weeks today and my symptoms except for the slightest nausea have just disappeared? I've read so much that symptoms at 9 weeks actually get worse instead of better?

From week 4.5/5 until yesterday I was been puking most of the day and today I've not been sick or needed to be sick once. All I've had are some light period like cramping.

I had a scan last Friday at 8+4 and baby was wiggling around upside down with a heartbeat

Is there a chance something could be wrong or can symptoms just change so dramatically? Quite worried if I'm honest
