Okay so I’m nearly at my 3 year mark of having Nexplanon, loved it and hated it all at the same time!

So I’m just curious about the process for removal? I’m guessing the same as getting it in with the anaesthetic injection and they just slice and try pop it out?

Has anyone had to have theirs basically dug out because it was lodged?

This stuff doesn’t scare me but I’d like to know a few experiences before I go get mine taken out 😅

And did anyone notice any major differences after removal? It’s made my headaches happen more regularly so I’m hoping this will die down!
