Leg patches... weird symptoms

Curious if anyone else gets these when they are pregnant. I’m not really concerned cause I’ve had it the whole time and I’m 35 weeks. But for sure a symptom no one told me about. My skin on my legs is patchy! Especially when I get out of the shower they are like purple and white. Anyone else have any weird symptoms no one told you about?

Mine are:

Patchy legs

Super veiny (every where)

My psoriasis cleared up! (Skin condition)

Needle pain in nipples...
