Okay so I need some advice here ladies, those of you that have a husband in the fire department, how do you handle being away from your spouse for 24+ hours?? I've been suffering from anxiety the last couple months and alot of stress and I also was recently diagnosed with IBS. My husband is worried about leaving me for that long due to those conditions and my husband is there to comfort me in all those situations, and he is worried how I will handle thos situations. He expressed to me that he is second guessing going in the role due to me having these problems, manly at night. How did you first cope with being alone for 2 nights or more, it makes me nervous to be honest... I need some advice.
