Third trimester / 30 week food / diet

How’s everyone finding the third trimester ?
I’m finding I’m hungry but trying to stick to healthy meals.
I do like to have some snacks in the day still small portion of crisps or chocolate. Finding the sugar craving is increasing 😆 trying to throw myself off track too much but since 27 weeks it feels all so different again stomach pains, low iron, hungry, tired and muscle pain in upper back 😅😅😅
