Cramps after c-cection and new pregnancy

So my first two pregnancies I had no cramps at all. My second delivery ended in an emergency Csection with lots of complications after. So now, 2.5 years later I am pregnant again. 1 Week after ovulation started the first cramps and now 10 days later it is still there and very uncomfortable. I am defenitly pregnant, no spotting or something similar, but I do need paracetemol to get some sleep. I am not against paracetemol, or some cramps, but I find the contrast so big with my first two pregnancies.

Could it be the scar tissue that hurts? I go up and down between "this is normal" and "I hope it sticks". Has someone experienced the same? How long do this cramps last? It is not contracion like, it is more the nagging kind but very very uncomfortable.
