8 weeks and just found out pregnancy is ectopic.Anyone else experience this?

So I’m in the hospital and found out a few hours that I have an eptopic pregnancy.I’m having surgery to remove one of my Fallopian tubes in an hour and am scared shitless.Any other of you mamas habe had an eptopic pregnancy and just have one Fallopian tube.We’re you able to conceive easily again afterwards and how long did it take?

I had a ruptured ectopic in my left fallopian tube which was then removed. I conceived my daughter a few months later after my doctor gave me the “all clear” to start trying again. I was 32 years old when I had her. She is now 2 years old and I am 25 weeks pregnant with our second child (a boy) which was a total surprise!

First off I'm sorry for what you're going through, I know how difficult it is. I had an ectopic in 2017 and also lost one tube. Before that I also had 2 miscarriages. We were told to wait for 3 months I think and I got pregnant again after the first cycle when we were able to start trying again. My son was born in July 2018, and I'm now 7 weeks with #2 and this time it took 2 months after going off the pill.  My doctor said losing one tube only affects your fertility by about 30-35% (not 50% like I had assumed originally).

I've had 2 ectopic pregnancies and I had to get my right tube removed im currently 10 weeks 4 days pregnant and baby is in the uterus this time good luck and stay strong

I just had one this summer around 5w. I had surgery but my tubes were salvaged. Many women conceive quickly afterwards even with a lost tube. I conceived the very next cycle... currently 12w today and just found out we’re having a healthy girl :) Hang in there girl. Feel free to message and lmk how things go, xo!

My mother had 1 ovary and had no trouble accidently conceiving both my sister and I. Really you shouldn't have trouble in the future :)

I’m so sorry you have to go through this💔. I never had an ectopic but I only have one working tube my dr confirmed. I’m 14 weeks pregnant. The one tube will just do double the work now
