Hey ladies!!

FTM here! I am 38 weeks pregnant. Our baby girl was measuring 8lbs 2oz at her 36 week ultrasound. My doctor said she does not want me to go over 40 weeks do to her size and the extra amniotic fluid around her. We made the decision to be induced. Her original due date is December 14th. With being induced we will go to the hospital the night of December 8th to get the process going and hopefully be giving birth December 9th. At my last appointment at 37 weeks I was not yet dilated. I am having a lot of anxiety about giving birth for the first time and being induced. I don’t want to be in labor for days. Does anyone have their induce story they can share or any advice??
