Does anyone think that still being super numb down there would effect feeling movements?

I’m 18 wks 4 days and sometimes I feel movement but I feel like with my last pregnancy I felt it around 16ish weeks.

I had a csection September 2019 so I’m curious if you mommas have experienced not feeling as much movement with pregnancies so close after csection or if I just may need to wait a little longer to feel the big kicks lol
