So my husband and father of my upcoming child is in the military and not in town currently and my friend who I have been friends with for 13 years never misses a chance to disrespect my husband by calling him an idiot, saying he is a dumb ass or even doubting his capability of being a father to my child in the future.

She is one of my most judging friends and I never know how to confront her because of her being so judgy..I tend to be a little to “nice” or dismissive because I know it’s out of jealousy when she says things to me but now that it’s my husband I start to boil.

I guess my question is what would y’all do? Or if you have been in this situation what have you done ?
