I'm usually ovulate CD 14-24 .. Fertility Friend shows me I'm ovulated on CD 9...

Since your temperatures are all over the place, it's hard to say, which is why FF gave you a dashed crosshair rather than a solid one. It's saying there MAY be a possibility that you did, but it's not 100% sure so it's not willing to confirm it yet.
