Not hungry and very very positive pregnancy test at 14dpo

Has any experienced just not being hungry at all. everything I think I want to eat turns my stomach and I'm like no thank you. Even water has been turning my stomach. I'm just hungry at all. Anyone else experience this ?? I didn't really have any symptoms with my first except back pain and food aversion to chicken. Other then that it was clear sailing. I'm also only 15dpo. I found out at 10dpo because I was nauseous and was like I'm taking a test. It was faint but the next day on 11dpo I had an early fr and both the digital and other one we positive. By my missed period which was yesterday I took a regular fr and it was a dye stealer. And I had an hsg test this last cycle and I confirmed ovulation with my doctor and opks.
