Can a miscarriage cause your cycles to be totally different? I had an extremely heavy period two weeks ago after my miscarriage in Oct and now today I'm spotting. I've NEVER had mid cycle spotting before. I'm cd 15 so I'm thinking it's from ovulation coming on, but it's just really weird. Ovulation has become pretty painful as well. I feel like I don't know my body anymore. Has anyone else had a major change in their cycles after a miscarriage?
