Newborn Fever Temp?

Question

What is a concerning temperature for a 3 week old? 
He has been throwing up about an hour or two after eating. He has been on the same formula since we brought him home, so I don’t think it’s that? But FTM could be wrong. He is in sensitive formula. 
His temperature right now is in the 99 range, 99.4-99.8.

100.4 is considered a fever. If you are worried at all you should call your pediatrician

My pediatrician said 100.4 is a temp to be concerned about. Sounds like reflux or GERD. I would call and see what your LO pediatrician wants to do about it. My LO has silent reflux but they didn’t give her anything because it wasn’t causing problems with her eating or being content.
