How cute is this? My Mum and her friend Cath met at breastfeeding group in 1993 and not long after Cath moved next door to my Mum and they became best friends. 2 years later they both had their second children (me and Emma, she's 5 months older). We grew up living next door to each other and were best friends as kids and teenagers. I moved to Wales in 2013 so we kinda grew apart but then in 2016 we both happened to move to North Wales (a 20 min drive from each other) 😁 I had Ivy in 2019, and 3 months ago Emma welcomed in her first child Anthony 😍 Today, we finally got to meet him (damn covid!)

She loved him until I told her she wasn't allowed to smack him on the head, then she couldn't get him off her knee fast enough 😂

She did poke, prod, cuddle and kiss at him a few more times after 😂 She even tried to pick him up at one point. It's amazing to think they're going to grow up together like me and Emma did 😁 They'll be the third generation of best friends!

As a side note, theres only ~5lb difference between the two of them 😂
