When the dentist looks at your chart notes and congratulates you on your pregnancy. I had made this appointment back when I was 5 or so weeks pregnant. For a little while, the front desk person at the dentist's office was the only person who knew about my pregnancy outside of my husband and I, since I had read somewhere to let your dentist know about your pregnancy before visiting.
Gut punch. This nightmare just won't end.
