Grapefruit seed extract (1 year ttc)
We have been ttc for a year now, and I am waiting for a referral (which can take a while). In the meantime I was thinking I would start taking grapefruit seed extract to help get more fertile cm, since I don't produce much..
Do any of you have any experience with it, or something else that could help?
I have read that a fertility clinic here reccomends it for patients that needs to improve their cm, but has it worked for anyone here?
