Hi ladies, I ran out of digital opk last night and yesterday was day 6 of flashy smiles but no peak 😫 I have a dull ache on the left side of my lower back like pms cramping

I took two cheapies right now and I can’t tell if they’re positive. I know that the test line must be darker or equal to the control. What do y’all see? Am I nearing ovulation? Also side note- this cycle was brought to you by clomid. I took the last pill last Monday 11/21. Tomorrow I have my follicular scan
