Okay I need help!

Is it just me or does anyone else find themselves googling all these terms seen in this app? Seriously I don’t know what an AF or a CD is or is it cdp 🤷🏽‍♀️.

So someone please educate me, send me a link, direct me somewhere because I’m lost most of the time when I read these posts. Lol
