No Idea - Please Help!

We started TTC for a second child last month. I’m currently 12 days late for AF but BFNs (it took until 12 days late for my last BFP to show).

Anyway - how do I know when I am ovulating again so I can BD? Do I need to wait for AF? Or go to the GP? Can anyone help please??
