Can someone put filters on these and see if you see anything???

I'm starting to lose hope and feeling like I'm out for this month. I'm 11 dpo, I've been having light dull cramping for the past two days. My period should start in around 3 days, but I feel like I should at least see a vvvvf line at this point if I had conceived. 😞

I've been so bloated this whole past week and a half and so does so hungry with pretty moderate indigestion. It's unusual for me.

Any input would be appreciated.
