i will be 30 weeks tomorrow !! i usually take my prenatals before i go to sleep but on sunday night i was so tired and just fell asleep without taking them . on monday morning i stupidly took them on an empty stomach and threw up 5 times that day and also had diarrhea. Yesterday morning i woke up and i felt fine besides a headache i didn’t throw up at all yesterday i felt normal but i hasn’t taken my prenatal at all since monday morning and then last night i took my prenatal (i ate right before ) and threw up . i feel fine today besides being nauseous but idk if i should let my doctor know. i also lost 4/5 pounds which is concerning me since i’m in my third trimester .
