Don’t get discouraged if you’re not dilated at all
Remember: YOU HAVE TO EFFACE BEFORE YOU CAN DILATE!
So if your cervix is being checked don’t get discouraged if you’re not dilated at all. Focus on that effacement percentage!
Personally I am not being checked this time around. I’m seeing a midwife and we’re waiting for spontaneous labor!!! 🤪 Aren’t we all? Lol
