6weeks 1 day, the ultrasound technician said it might be twins! What do you think?

I’m about 7 weeks with twins and we could see both sacs/yolks at my 5week ultrasound. If it is twins they would be identical in this case. Do they want you back in 7-10 days to check again? How far along are you?

It looks like one to me with baby sitting in front of the yolk sac

Do you see two sacs?! They would be identical as well! “Fetus A” measuring 6 weeks and 100BPM 
Little worried because im two weeks behind and I was tracking my ovulation.

This was my ultrasound at 6w2d. It was pretty obvious it was twins. We could even see the two heartbeats.

I wish I could see, what’s in my belly (and I really hope: twins). I’m between 7 and 8 weeks now, but they make an ultrasound only on the 12 week. They don’t want to give you false hope...
