Does your nausea come and go?

I am 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant. The past week I have been so nauseous! I have been vomiting and basically on the couch/in bed most of the time. I threw up this morning and was feeling sick up until a few hours ago. All of a sudden I feel MUCH better. I have my appetite back and feel good.

Although it’s nice to feel good again, I’m concerned that the nausea just vanished as I had a miscarriage in the past and loss of symptoms was my first sign.

Has anyone else had their nausea come and go like that?
