Bbt after miscarriage

So I miscarried this month and my bbt has been so weird.. it says I ovulated on CD10 and but my opk and AVA bracelet says I ovulate this Friday or Saturday.. which one should I believe? My temp went high 3 consecutive days! Idk what to believe or do.. I’m getting cramps which maybe ovulation cramps? Idk I haven’t gotten ovulation cramps before my miscarriage.
