Energy!

This is a long shot, but I’m looking for ALL ideas to gain more energy. I’m almost 15 weeks and have three kids at home (8, 5, 2). A little background: I suffer from hyperemesis gravidarum and take many medications all day long to cope. One of them being a sleep med. I’ve tried to remove it from my regimen, but puking all day long is not worth it. I also suffer from depression and am on medication for that as well (side effect is drowsiness). I can’t drink hot coffee because it makes me want to puke, but have really enjoyed homemade iced coffee. The only downside is that because I’m barely able to keep food down, the effect that coffee/sugar has on my body makes me feel almost drunk and then I get a big crash! I’m starting to feel like a failure as my housework and my children’s school work falls behind more each day. Im just really hoping someone has an idea that will help me feel human again 😩
