Worried I’m having a miscarriage

I’m 9w3d and I had really severe morning sickness since 5w. I went to the ER and was diagnosed with HG. After the ER, I haven’t been sick once. Not even nauseated. And now my boobs aren’t sore anymore. They still feel full but don’t hurt and aren’t really that hard anymore. Is this normal? All of my symptoms just went away.
