Weight Loss
I’m trying to lose weight and today is the day that I’m going to start. My brother has made me a workout plan for a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, which I’m going to start next week, but on the days in between, I want to do some other things so that I can get into fitness quicker and also to drop the weight at a steady pace but a little faster. I’m not fat, I’m average weight but I just want to feel comfortable when I see myself.
I was thinking that I would put a movie on and just walk/jog on the spot for the entire length of the movie, followed by a leg and ab workout. Just wondering people’s thoughts on this?
I have a gym built at home, but my brother and his mate are ALWAYS using it and I don’t want to go in there to do my workouts because I prefer being in there on my own as it makes me feel more motivated and comfortable, besides, the sound of the treadmill drives me nuts!
