Don’t want to scare u but personally I hate it. I’ve had it 10 times and I’ve cried 10 times 😩 maybe it was hormones lol as that was first trimester. And I felt so violated feeling the swab in my sinuses. However just try to relax and breath normally.

The nasal swab isn’t bad, I have to get it done weekly for my job. Tilt your head back a little bit to help the swab go in.
