Fine ass man

I’m currently in college living on campus and there’s this fine ass boy that lives in my dorm. I followed him on ig and he follows back. We watch each other stories sometimes I definitely want to hook up. I’ll run into him in the hallways but that’s it.

Any advice on how to make the first move or go about this? Without being awkward or coming off as creepy
