Is he being weird/ a stalker

Some dude messaged me and I answerd him because I do come from that state then he asked if I moved and I didn’t. He started to say he knows me and other creepy things saying he never seen a girl that looked like me around where I live which is what some people tell me. He also told me he’s went through all my photos and he knows what I look like with and without clothes on. He’s also mentioned about my hair and distinctive lips. He kept asking me to call him. He also got very upset when I wouldn’t answer him and he was saying how I have work in the morning but I didn’t.
