He couldn’t handle the idea of anybody (myself to included) not liking him so he’d break up with me and then try to be the nice guy and try to comfort me through the break up he initiated. It was a terrible cycle and I finally just had to block him after our last breakup.

Only time I ever technically had an ex get back together with me was when we had agreed it was a possible temporary break where we were going to maintain communication and work on ourselves. We got back together cuz we had address our issues. every other ex I’ve had has been either no contact post break up or stayed just friends with no entertainment of reconciliation.

We got back together because we had this undeniable connection. He was afraid of commitment. After three months he dumped me at the end of talking for 4+ hours at his place.
