postpartum period?

i’ll be 2 months pp tomorrow and my period just showed up today. my LO is breastfed (i pump mostly and he feeds from the breast 1-2 times a day). 
i thought that it would hold off longer. will this affect my supply negatively? i noticed i’m not getting as much milk today as i have every other day. should i be worried? should i just add an extra pumping session?
first time mom here so this is all new to me.

I had a period about two months PP and didn’t get another one until my LO was well over a year old. I breastfed as well so maybe it won’t stay lol

I ebf and my period came right at 6 weeks and was very regular. My supply would always drop during that time of the month but would go back to normal after my cycle was over. I’m hoping this time I’ll get lucky and not have one.

You may experience a slight dip during your cycle but its usually temporary when that happened to me I would add an extra pump session after lo went to sleep to keep up
