Hi all. Looking for some encouragement here. I had horrible cramps all morning so I called the dr and they asked me to come in for an ultrasound to verify the egg implanted in the correct spot. They said I was measuring 5w3d (which based on my LMP I would be 5w5d so very close) but all they saw was a gestational sac. No yolk sac or fetal pole or heartbeat. Has this happened to anyone else At this stage and everything ended up okay? Pic of my ultrasound attached. I’m just really worried there wasnt even a yolk sac.
