TRIGGER WARNING

I was 6 weeks pregnant when I started spotting and then heavy bleeding a few days later. Was in the ER but the doctor checked me and sais cervix was closed and baby had a heartbeat. Had more bleeding with clots. Went back to ER and they said I was having a miscarriage and they not much they can do. So I got sent home. Still bleeding which got much lighter but still with some clots. My pregnancy tests were still baking BFP till today I took a test this morning and it was still positive just more faint. Then this afternoon. This came out while I went to the restroom. Was I still pregnant and the baby just came out? I'm so lost and hurt. Idk what to think? I'm crying and shaking was that a foot im looking at id be 8-9 weeks today if I was still pregnant
