Possible uti?

I have a dr appointment Monday but since this past Sunday I've been having the urge to pee but little comes out, it's also kinda cloudy, my right side has been hurting along with my lower back. When I wipe it's a little blood I thought nothing of that because I just came off my cycle this past Saturday. Me and my bf did have rough sex a week in half ago though. It's also a little itchy but starting yesterday the abominable pain is very uncomfortable to the point where I can't sleep or hardly sit. Anyway I can soothe the pain until Monday

BTW I know it's not an std because we always use condoms up until just recently when we had sex and I got tested in July like I do every 6 months and everything came back negative
