Don’t know my cycle
So, I’m in a little bit of a bind and am seriously not sure what to do. I have recently decided to come off of birth control as I’ve been on multiple forms in the last 3.5 years and have caused me nothing but health problems and I have no idea how my cycle works off of birth control. My SO haven’t been using protection and the OPK I use isn’t helping as it’s telling me there is no LH surge and I’m on CD16. Help!!!
