Fertility tests

Hi everyone, we have started our fertility tests and my husband received his results today, it showed his sperm has low mobility. He has to go for a repeat test in a months time, has anyone else been through this? Just wondering how to get through this and how best to support him as he feels like i "married a dud" of course this doesn't make me love him any less. Does anyone know what out options would be if the second test shows the same thing? Thanks
