My daughter turned 3 a few days ago. She speaks, but not in a way that you can have an ongoing conversation with her. My mother Inlaw said that at her age, she should be engaging in conversations very well, but she’s not doing that. My daughter can say most words, she can tell you when she’s hungry, cold, tired, etc. She can repeat everything that you say but she can’t engage in a lengthy conversation with you. Did/does your 3 year olds hold proper conversations with people?
