Anyone ever measure 4 weeks ahead?

I’m currently 34 weeks measuring 38 weeks (in both of my prior pregnancies I ALWAYS measured small so this is a huge shock) I know measurements can be totally off but 4 weeks sounds like a lot to me. I was just wondering if you guys still went full term or ended up delivering early, etc. I have a really small midsection so doctor may give me an ultrasound at my next apt to get a better estimate on how big this little lady is because she doesn’t want her getting too big to cause problems for delivery. My first two children weighed around 6 pounds for example and always measured a week or two behind.
