Diarrhea before labor?

Question

For anyone who’s had a baby before (I’m a second time mom but don’t remember this with my first), did you have diarrhea leading up to labor? I’m only 34 weeks but have woken up with diarrhea three days in a row and now I’ve had it three times just today.

I didn't have it, but I've heard loose stools can be a sign of impending labour. Hope your babe keeps cooking a bit longer!

With my first 1 week before my water broke (40weeks) I has some serious loose stool, my midwife said its your bowel trying to make as much room for baby to pass through so its normal, it stopped 2 days before I delivered her.

Both babies it was diarrhea and period like cramps that got things going. That probably got me to 4 or 5cm. Then stopped until I got to the hospital around 7cm. The I pooped again pushing baby out 😂

I didn’t have diarrhea but I did have loose stools during/between my contractions. I was 39 weeks with my second baby at the time.

Yes with both of my kids I had diarrhea then my bloody show followed along . The diarrhea didn’t last for days it was just a one time thing then labor happened . With both know I knew labor was coming I can feel my body change up on me

I remember my bowels literally emptying themselves after my water broke and I had my bloody show. Had baby 7 hours later.
