hi, in august i had unprotected sex (although i have the copper iud) and got my normal period in september and october. my normal is usually heavy. in november, my period became light to the point where it felt like just spotting. it was brown, light, and i maybe only had to use one tampon. the same thing is happening right now & it’s just brown spotting around the time i’d get my normal period. i have the signs i’m getting my period with getting angrier quicker, cramps, and acne but it’s the period itself that’s different.

i’m unsure if this is actually something to worry about or if it could maybe be from the insane amount of stress i have from work these past few months. i should also note since august i haven’t had sex.
