Is it a good idea to take a break from the pill?

I was on the Crezette pill for months and had painful acne all the time. I'm not on a relationship and not having any sexual activity for long time so. What do you think? I've been struggling with acne for years and I am sick and tired of it now just want it to go... 😭help!
