Can not wearing bras for a long time make your boobs saggy?

So i am 23 and a C cup i stopped wearing a bra at home for the last fee years, i have noticed my breasts are more saggy and down. Im very sad and wonder if I should start wearing them at home again, also if you have other tips please share❣️

Actually, it’s more likely for your breasts to get saggy by wearing bras more often. You’re better off going without. I only wear a bra for work, unless I’m wearing a thicker shirt or undershirt where you can’t tell.

Studies have shown that wearing a bra reduces muscle strength and connective tissue in the breasts resulting in more sag as time goes on. So wearing a bra just gives you lazy tits that can’t hold themselves up!

I haven't worn a bra in years. I mainly use tank tops, sometimes sports bras. I'm 30 and I'm fine. Despite what is seen on tv/in the media, it's completely normal for big breasts to sag a bit. It goes with the territory. I'm a D. Boobs come in all different shapes, looks and sizes. Don't worry!!!!

I wouldn't say that it's the major contributing factor to your issue.
What you can do, is
✔Push ups, planks, or any other excercise that works the breast area.
✔Message them after or before a shower, with coconut (or olive oil) or a body butter (like shea) in a clockwise motion, all around the nipple. You can also do this with your arm up, but make sure you are gentile.

My friends Grandma said to always wear a bra to keep your boobs perky. I never forgot and wear one constantly. Boobs don't sag years later, so maybe it's true??.....
