Questions and help please!

So I ovulate on the same cycle day every month and my periods are very regular! I know this because I’ve been taking the ovulation tests! This month I have a uti and I’m currently taking medication for, not having sex but still tracking ovulation because I’m anal like that. According to my norm I should be ovulating today... but all my tests have been negative, could the medication be affecting the outcome of the tests? Thoughts?
