Snacks/Supplements ! I need suggestions!

Hey mommas! I found myself really really tired and having no energy so I got some blood work and I’m really really anemic, so much so that my red blood cells are shrinking (I think that’s what she said regarding shrinking blood cells)

Anyways I’m on some iron supplements but I still feel super groggy. I know it’ll take some time, but I’m wondering what you guys use to keep your energy up and keeping yourself full? I’m hungry all the time. I’d love some snacks that I could prep or even ready made ones that you guys love?

Or even some supplements you swear by!
